Dear Sir/Madame,
How could we know that which company has import permit of live seafoods (Cua sống:dungeness crab) in Viet Nam. C.F.I.A of Canada request that we must have a copy of import permit from Viet Nam company or broker in order for my company to ship live dungeness crab there. The Viet Nam company sent me a cooy of "Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp". Is that the right document, please let me know the sample form of import permit so i could request buyers to provide a legitimate permit. Is there a list of HACCP approved facilities for imoport/export seafoods. It would be greatly appreciate with the link or listed companies.

- Currently, any Vietnam trading company has the "Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp" in which permits them operation in food import, so the company can import food into VietNam. - According Circular 25/2010/TT-BNNPTNT of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Department, for animal food products intended for import to Vietnam, the foreign producer must be approved to export to VietNam by NAFIQAD. It means that they has to be approved in the list for exporting products to Vietnam by the Vietnam Competent authority (Our Department). For the above reason, you should contact with CFIA to know whay your company need to do for approved to export live crab to Vietnam.
